Why he started T1
Ali started T1 Construction because he was tired of watching homeowners get burned — vague quotes, disappearing crews, and concrete that cracks after the first hard winter. He built T1 to be the contractor he'd hire for his own house: one crew, clear contracts, and work that holds up on both sides of the Michigan–Ohio border.
His standards
Every job gets a written contract before a shovel hits dirt. Estimates are free, itemized, and honest. Ali won't take more than 15% up front — ever. If something's not right at walkthrough, it gets fixed before the final invoice.
